Series-III: Analysis of Construction Specifications

Purpose of the article: Construction Specifications of all apartments look similar and same. Though we can not conclude construction quality based on specifications, better or standard specifications can be separated out with little examination and scrutinizing. Some of the tweaks used by builders are -
         a. Not to mention material brand names in specifications, as they can go for low-grade and low-cost material during construction phase.
              b. Usage of regular phrases - like quality material or ISI standard. Nowadays, most of the local brands are also having ISI marking. Please note that there will be many ISI specifications in one category.

ELECTRICAL	- Concealed copper wiring with Finolex/Anchor/ equivalent make - Modular switches of Legrand/GM/equivalent make	- Concealed copper wiring in PVC conduits with modular switches. Adequate fan points, TV. & telephone points - Quality copper wiring with necessary electrical points
